Helping organizations to envision, structure and implement plans of action that integrate housing, services and health care, enabling older adults to remain in their communities and homes.

From 1992 to 2010, while a Senior Project Manager in the development department of a large and highly respected nonprofit affordable housing organization (EAH Housing), Lamar Turner developed an extensive track record managing all phases of affordable housing development.  He is skilled in land acquisition, community relations, the entitlement process, and proficient in all major affordable finance programs.

“While my work at EAH Housing was varied – including housing for seniors, families and persons with special needs, new construction and acquisition/rehab, apartments and for-sale homes, and mixed income and mixed use developments – my passion has consistently returned to focus on lower income older adult housing, services and health care issues.”

"In my 18 years of working with Lamar, he has relentlessly pursued the creative assembly of housing and care programs to benefit the lower-income elderly."
Al Bonnett, EAH Housing
