From 1992 to 2010, while a Senior Project Manager in the development department of a large and highly respected nonprofit affordable housing organization (EAH Housing), Lamar Turner developed an extensive track record managing all phases of affordable housing development. He is skilled in land acquisition, community relations, the entitlement process, and proficient in all major affordable finance programs.
